CANCELLATION POLICY
As a courtesy to other ZOLI SPATIQUE clients and our respected staff, we ask that you notify us a MINIMUM of 24 hours in advance if you must reschedule or cancel your appointment. All appointments must be held
with a credit card.
The total fee for service will be charged in full for cancellations received less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointmnent to the credit card on file.
It is highly recommended that you schedule your ZOLI SPATIQUE service(s) as far in advance as possible so that we can meet your requests as best we can.
